Architects education at RISEBA approved and is compliant with the EU Architects’ Directive and the New Qualifications Directive

Congratulations! The group of experts evaluated the full cycle of bachelor's and professional master's programmes of architecture education at RISEBA. Obtained Master's Diploma and professional qualification at RISEBA has gained approval and is compliant with the EU Architects’ Directive 85/384/EEC and the New Qualifications Directive 2005/36/EC. The diplomas received by our graduates will be recognised and approved within the rest of EU/EEZ.

International student workshop "Wooden architecture heritage of AIZPUTE", May 9–12, 2019

International architecture student workshop "Wooden architecture heritage of Aizpute" will be held from May 9 to 12, 2019 in Aizpute. Workshop will identify the values and propose development of the wooden architecture heritage of Aizpute town – cityscape, street landscape, materials, colour schemes, signs and details.

RISEBA Career days 2019

RISEBA Career Days is an event devoted to the launch and development of a students' career with guest lectures, company presentations, workshops, open lectures and tours held in cooperation with companies, organizations, and industry professionals. The main event – RISEBA Career Day 2019 – will take place on 9 April at RISEBA Architecture and Media Center H₂O 6, Aistere Hall. Within the framework of the event, the visitors will have the opportunity to participate in "Speed dating with Career", participate in competitions, receive prizes and enjoy musical surprises at the end of the event!

Open architecture workshop for high school students at RISEBA

The open architecture workshop and masterclass will be held on April 6, 2019, from 11.00 to 17.00 for high school students and anyone interested to study architecture. Venue: RISEBA Architecture and Media center H₂O 6, 3rd-floor design studio.

FAD BA & MA thesis project exhibition / March 1 – 30 / H2O 6

In late January 2019 altogether 28 graduates of BA & MA Architecture programmes at FAD defended their thesis projects. Come and see the architecture project exhibition "stepping stone" on the 1st floor of RISEBA Architecture and Media center H₂O 6 (Str. Durbes 4, Riga). The official opening of the exhibition and annual catalog will take place on Friday, March 1, 16.30. Welcome!
