Sustainability and Biophilia

"The 3d-year architectural design studio at RISEBA Faculty of Architecture and Design collaborated with the Saint Gobain - International Architecture Student Contest in its Fall 2023 semester. The contest allowed us to explore sustainable design and restoration issues in Viikki, Helsinki. As the overarching academic theme of the 2023/24 academic year was “Blind Spots in Architecture”, we delved into the functional and esthetic aspects of sustainability and green design. The course is lead by Efe Duyan, Ilze Paklone, Linda Leitane, and all projects exhibited in this curse proceedings book are designed by 3rd-year architecture students at RISEBA FAD."
